All his activities since 2012 as a Commissioner have been as Chair, usually in a Hearing Environment either sitting alone or with another Commissioner. His experience includes development proposals and objections.

In addition to Chairing Hearings, as a Commissioner Nick is able to bring specialist ‘Planning’, ‘Urban Planning’, ‘Urban Design’ and ‘CPTED’ expertise to a Commissioner role on a Hearings Panel where these skills and knowledge are sought.

None of Nick’s decisions have been challenged through Appeal.
